DocuStar Invests in Future with Launch of New Services, New Look

In the face of a challenging economy, DocuStar has set its sights on a successful future with the launch of two new services as well as a major rebranding of the company. The new offerings and the new corporate look are the result of 18 months of strategic planning, designed to meet customer needs for convenience, speed and cost.

The first innovation is MarketHUB+, a collection of innovative web-based tools for addressing acquisition, retention, branding and compliance objectives. The multi-faceted web-to-print program provides a single, centralized source for effectively implementing cross-media marketing campaigns. For example, a customer’s employees can order pre-approved templates with personal contact information, images, or variable text. A proprietary reporting tool can track the usage of materials, orders, and approvals. MarketHUB+ will ensure a consistent brand message with flexible customization while offering quality control and measurable cost savings.

DocuStar also introduces a new web site, ePrice-n-Print.com, that provides instant online estimates for a variety of print production services. The quick print quoting software allows customers to log in, upload files, and obtain an instant quote – providing them with immediate information at their fingertips. DocuStar is one of the only companies in the region to offer this cutting edge solution that promises low prices and quick turnarounds. The services will work in tandem with DocuStar’s newly re-designed web site, scheduled for launch August 23rd. The new web site will reflect DocuStar’s rebranding initiative, beginning with a re-designed company logo.

DocuStar has strategically made these significant investments with a vision for the future in spite of the slow recovery the overall economy is currently experiencing. “Our goal has been to position DocuStar as a solutions provider that stays a step ahead of customer needs,” said Jay Brokamp, president of DocuStar. “We realized in 2008 that our business model wasn’t going to lead to growth and needed to change. As a result, we have spent the last 18 months revising our go-to-market strategy in order to remain viable in the ever evolving marketplace.”
